Jordan Peterson
Jordan Peterson leads Affinity North, an Indigenous-owned consultancy emphasizing community empowerment and sustainable development through expertise in negotiations and strategic planning. He is deeply involved in promoting Indigenous culture, environmental care, and economic growth.

An advocate for Indigenous rights, Jordan has held leadership roles such as Deputy Grand Chief and Chief Negotiator for the Gwich'in Tribal Council, and he is actively involved with Northwestel and the Na-cho Nyak Dun Development Corporation. As founder of Affinity North, he champions Indigenous empowerment and success in business.

Laura Dragon
Laura Dragon, 28, lives in the kÊ·ikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem) territory, celebrating her mixed Gwich’in and European heritage. She studies in the First Nations and Indigenous Studies Program with a minor in Political Science at UBC. Laura began her career at Affinity North as an intern under Jordan Peterson and now plays a key role in community and youth engagement projects in Inuvik and Tsiigehtchic, NWT. Her commitment to Indigenous empowerment and climate leadership extends beyond her professional role; she has facilitated a treaty simulation for Indigenous youth with the Gordon Foundation and completed the Indigenous Climate Action training program. Laura's academic and experiential background equips her to impact Indigenous advocacy and community development significantly.
